QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality Assurance (QA) is a process through which a business seeks to ensure that product quality is maintained or improved. Quality Assurance requires the business to create an environment in which both management and employees strive for perfection and products fulfill the optimum level of quality described by that same management/employees.

Within SPEEPARTS we do of course quality Assurance/Control. Each product is being tested during production on; dimensions, tolerances and hardness. These specific descriptions are in the drawings of each part. One of these handlings is our hardness measuring device, its connected and sending the reports to Quality control. Before sending product to customers we do an extra test under the microscope for cracks. If all the measurements are checked and correct QC is giving the Packing department green light to pack the product(s) and set it free for transport to our customers.

Every part is being held administrative in the digital archive to have record on every product produced and delivered to the market.
